Answer: All of the eBooks are available in downloadable electronic formats only. That's how you get immediate access. No hard-copy will be sent. Most people browse through the eBook, find the information they're looking for, and then print out those pages.

Answer: You can download the eBooks at any time and from any computer from the product download page after you've completed the payment transaction. You should have automatically been sent to the download page, or there should have been a link to the download page when you completed the transaction. If you never made it to the download page, simply send an email to support@baseballsbestdrills.com and request that the link be sent to you. Please include the name and email you used when purchasing the eBook in your request.

Answer: The eBooks are generally available in two different formats: the self-contained executable format, and the Portable Document or "PDF" format. The self-contained executable format has the "*.exe" or "*.zip" extension. This format of the eBook opens in it's own internet-capable browser, with the pages of the eBook embedded within the file itself (meaning that you don't have to be connected to the internet to browse through the eBook). Navigation through the eBook is controlled by links within the eBook itself or by using the navigation buttons included with the browser.

The PDF format has the "*.pdf." extension. This format requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. This format is very popular on the internet, and the reader is freely available from Adobe (click here to get the Adobe Reader).
